I'll never forget the day I met this homeowner. I was working in my shop and I heard someone shout "You're my knight in shining armor!" She was talking to me and was referring to the fact that they had had a special tree cut down but had left a large stump behind knowing that one day, some where she would find me and could get me to come carve her family of snowy owls.
