I've heard it many times before and suspect I'll hear it many more times. "I had a tree cut down but left a big stump because I knew one day I'd find a carver like you". This homeowner was no exception. Well sort of. A tree was cut down yes...but a SECOND one was too - and both were saved at about the ten foot mark waiting for the fateful day I was found.
