I got a random call from a homeowner that was thinking about having a carving made from his big old Maple that had to be cut down but he just wasn't quite sure what he wanted. Me, I've always wanted an excuse to play with dragons so an offer was tabled and the project was born. And boy did this dragon fight hard. Maple is a wood to be respected - and then slain with a sharp, sharp saw.
